Neil has worked with several leading pharmaceutical companies including Merck, GSK, Pharmacia (Pfizer), and Solvay Pharma. His experience in sales, marketing, and business development positions him well to work together with local and international partners to bring specialty products on board.

Gabriella brings to Spexell her vast experience over 20 years in the cosmeceutical industry, most recently as National Sales & Marketing Manager Y.S.L. Beauté Canada. Gabriella personally manages a Field Sales Force of the best sales representatives in the industry, including hand-picked individuals in the Cosmeceutical Division, who were trained as cosmetologists on the selling floors of major retailers. The Spexell sales team sets the standard in building a highly motivated and successful Specialty Pharma company.
